1 – Technical Survey
We start our Home Design projects not only by collecting the necessary information for their development, always in collaboration with the owner, but also by estimating the market value of the property. This helps guide the client regarding appropriate investment amounts for renovation/construction. In this way, we ensure financial return on the investment to be made (property acquisition + project + construction work).
2 – Photorealistic Project
In the interior and exterior design process, when defining spaces, we take into account criteria such as acoustics, ergonomics, comfort, functionality, and organization; whether the space will need to be reduced or expanded; and the strategic positioning and sizing of windows to make better use of sunlight and ventilation, saving energy consumption and/or avoiding unpleasant drafts.
We define flooring, coverings, colors, furniture positioning and detailing, and space decoration. A thorough lighting study is carried out to adapt it to every moment. We carry out extensive work integrating different technologies to ensure their correct installation, operation, and use (air conditioning, underfloor heating, sound system, video intercom, etc.), always keeping in mind the need for their discreet inclusion in the design.
3 – Executive Budget
We are able to minimize cost overruns in the execution of the project by preparing an executive budget, in which the quantities of raw materials, materials, labor, equipment, and services required for the work are calculated.
4 – Property Evaluation
We finalize our Home Design service with a preliminary energy certificate and a property evaluation report, carried out by an independent certified appraiser and based on photorealistic images and finishes defined in the project, thus confirming the added value of the property with the established improvements.
5 – Construction or Supervision
If the owner chooses to carry out the work with us, they will have no concerns about project management. We take full responsibility for what has been entrusted to us.
